Had a fantastic stay! The mountain view was amazing, and I loved using the hot tub, although the pool could use some TLC. Definitely coming back!

Whole place was fairly clean with breathtaking views; comfy location in the hot tube instead. The rooms where pet-friendly and brand-new, hotel's staff were attentive people with the service provided by their staff. Comfortable beds & large bathroom...

Just a reliable pick for a quick weekend visit in Golden with best value for money ratio. The hot breakfast was okay, but nothing special. Don't expect anything fancy and manage your food plans ahead of time.

There is an attached restaurant on site. Great overall experience.

No complaint, I liked this hotel and recommend. Everything was perfect, the service was good. The overall atmosphere was friendly, yet some staff members were very rude. I was there for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant with superb food. Really enjoyed a bathtub in my private bathroom.

great access to parks and local attractions for weekend exploration

staying here made it easy for me to explore nearby parks like Burges & James Gadsden Provincial Park and enjoy the beautiful scenery along the Kicking Horse River, both just a short walk from the hotel so I reminded me of I could dive right into nature with minimal effort.

We were given a room on the third floor and had a beautiful mountain view with a balcony that we could go out and enjoy it. We also had a large picture window in witch to enjoy the view as well

Staff at desk were very freindly and courtious!

Extra pillows in a drawer would be nice. lamp bulb was burnt out.

Great place for families

We enjoyed our time in the pool area with the water slide. My kids had a blast and the breakfast spread was a welcome sight every morning! Everyone loves a solid hot breakfast!

It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable given the overall experience.

The dining room waitress was charming.

We enjoyed the pool area and ate great meals at the in-house restaurant. Our day spent cruising down the Kicking Horse River in a whitewater raft was lovely. Pro tip, the breakfast buffet really hits the spot, offering quality food that's worth waking up for!

One downside was the bathroom. It didn't have a fan. That was something I wish had been better.

evening staff told us restaurant was open till 1100pm so we went swimming orderered room sevice and the restaurant was closed only pizza was available eventaually got to order nacho s and potato skins told them and made it very clear no hot stuff on the nacho s and no green onions on the potato skins they are for the kids got the order and the nachos were so loaded with jalapeno and banana peppers shredded into the cheese normally i wouldn t bitch but they were spifically told the meal was for the kids my 18 month old girl got jalapenos and banana peppers not happy

Have stayed here many times over the years. We Tavel to Kelowna twice a year, Golden Rim is our preference hotel.
